We love our St. George get away! You will love staying in this luxurious townhome...an amazing place to spend your vacation! We love our home's layout--it's so nice to have 2 master suites and 3.5 bathrooms! Plus, we have a good sized semi-private back yard...somewhat of a rarity in a St. George rental. We have tried to stock our home with everything guests will need or want to use while on vacation. And, our cleaner does a great job making sure the home looks great when guests arrive. **Our cleaner is following CDC protocols for cleaning, and we are enforcing a minimum of 24-hours between renters. We also have our home stocked with a variety of disinfectant cleaners for guests to use during their stay.** The two-story home boasts two master suites with high-quality king beds and flat-screen tvs in each. The additional bedroom is fitted with a twin over double bunk bed, plus a twin trundle bed. The upstairs loft has a queen-size, leather sofa sleeper for additional guests. For those who don't like to share beds, we've purchased two fold-out, twin-size floor mattresses for additional sleeping options. The fully-stocked kitchen has plenty of room for 10 people to eat at the table and granite island. The family room and upstairs loft allow spacious gathering areas for TV/movie viewing (some DVDs provided), game playing (several games and puzzles provided) or just hanging out. The semi-private backyard with grass and patio area includes space to play and visit as well. With a gas BBQ, dining tables, seating, and gas fire table you can enjoy dining and relaxing outdoors. On-site enjoy two pools, hot tubs, practice putting green, playground, fitness room and spacious clubhouse with kitchen. Adjacent to the property is a park with large fishing pond and picnic area. Complementary wi-fi is provided in the home. You have full access to the full house and backyard. In addition, the clubhouse, exercise room, both pools and both hot tubs and a playground in the complex. We always try to be available to guests who have questions concerning our home prior to and during their stay. We answer calls and texts as soon as possible. We love the location of our home! It's convenient to a lot of hiking and biking trails, state and national parks, and good food and entertainment. We are happy to share activity ideas in the area with guests based on their interests. The best way to get around town in our area is by your own vehicle. There are a lot of great places nearby to walk, hike and mountain bike. We have supplied many items that we feel are useful to have on hand when you rent a home. However, we aren’t there frequently enough to restock all the time. We ask renters to please buy a similar pantry item if they finish one off—for example, if you use the last of the plastic wrap or ketchup, please buy another small container for future renters to use. It’s much appreciated!
