Press the "walk" button and the street light immediately (literally) changes to provide a safe path across the Beach Blvd. and there you are at the beach! Our beach house can sleep up to 13 guests. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a daybed and trundle. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is our bunk room. There is a twin over twin and a twin over full. We designate this as the kids room although kids of all ages will enjoy hanging out together here. All bedrooms are located upstairs. There is a pull out sofa bed downstairs. In addition to the two en-suite bathrooms. There is one additional full bath upstairs and one downstairs. There is tile in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. There is a laundry room and a fully stocked kitchen. There are granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats up to 8 with three additional stools at the kitchen island and a table for 4 on the balcony. We have added two TV's, a 55" flat screen in the main living area and a 32" in the bunk room to allow the adults and kids to have their own space. But, everyone can come together in the open living space downstairs with overflow space at the kitchen island as well as on the outside deck just off of the dining/living room. Our deck overlooks the pool. We have a wonderful set of swings below the deck. Both allow you to enjoy the refreshing Gulf breeze! Our guests have access to the entire house except for two owner's closets, one located in the kitchen and the other under the stairs in the garage. Although we would like to be on-site to greet all of our guests, we have entrusted our home to be managed locally. They are available to coordinate all of the check-in/out process as well as accessible throughout your stay to address any needs you may have. Located in The Cottages of Romeo II in the heart of Gulf Shores. Walking distance to the Hangout and other venues as well as great restaurants and the state park. Wireless internet is provided.
