The kitchen, bath and bedroom amenities are available to use while you're enjoying your stay.We have only one security camera in front of the house near garage door to monitor for any suspicious. Thank you for choosing us!. The master bedroom is located in a private area with no rooms close to it including a master bathroom and separate entrance to the patio. The 4 beach chairs and umbrella welcome to use located in the garage shelves. For questions about small pets and all other needs please contact owner. No pets allowed. Cancel up to 7 days before check in for full refund. If there are more than 8 adults, we will charge 50 dollars per person over the 8 adult limit. PLEASE READ CAREFUL OUR RULES!!! No party allowed.!! Due to sensitivity of neighbors to loud noises we are asking all guests NO loud music, loud splashes or jumps in the pool after 10 PM!!!!! Absolutely no sub woofers at the property!!!! The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The guests who registered is responsible for herding your group and ensuring they do not get lost or bother the neighbors. Explain to your family, delivery guys, taxis or visitors to please not bother neighbors , as this is a residential neighborhood. We are close to malls, beaches and downtown Sarasota. Enjoy St Armand Circle, Siesta key and Ringling museum. CHECK-IN: Contact us 12-24 hours prior to arrival to get access door code. PARKING: please park all your cars on driveway.POOL: use it at your own risk. IMPORTANT:!!! children under the age 12 should be supervised by an adult age 18+ at all times. No glass allowed in the pool area. Washer and Dryer located in closet next to garage door.SMOKING: absolutely no smoking inside in the house and lanai area, not even medical Mj, if there any evidence of smoking we will charge you an extra $250 fee. TRASH: please take your trash to the trash can in the garage every night to prevent any insects.Please do not leave any dirty dishes in sink overnight. CHECK OUT: 11am.Please leave our house in neat condition, do not strip and wash any bedding and towels. Put all dirty dishes into dishwasher and run it.
