This beautiful one bedroom condo features a spacious king bed in the master bedroom along with an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom provides a separate tub and a walking shower. Along with the master bathroom, the condo has a guest bathroom that features a tiled walk in shower. The living space provides a queen sleeper sofa, fire place, and tv with cable. The full kitchen features a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge for guests who like to enjoy a home cooked meal. It also provides plates, cups, utensils, etc. A guest favorite is the free washer and dryer provided in the unit. We provide everything you may need on a vacation including soap, shampoo, dish soap, towels, laundry soap, toilet paper and paper towels. We have a regular COFFEE POT and a K-CUP coffee maker, blender, and pots and pans. All you need to bring is clothes and food! This is NOT a pet friendly unit. Any violation of animals being in the unit will result in a $100 fine. This unit is on the third floor of the building. Climbing one flight of stairs is required to enter the unit. Upon arrival, there is free parking on the property, but we ask that you limit 2 cars per condo. There will be a keypad to get into to your unit. You will be given an access code once your reservation is approved. There is a 2 level outdoor pool just steps from your front door. Also, directly on property are the several charcoal grills and a wood burning fire pit perfect for s’mores. Reeds Spring, Missouri, United States The Cliffs Resort location is ideal! Just 4 minutes from Silver Dollar City, one of Branson’s biggest attractions! Silver Dollar City is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! Not only can you enjoy the views of Table Rock Lake from your balcony but access to the lake is just down the street! With Indian Point Marina only 8 minutes from the condo, renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri! There is parking directly in front of the condo for 2 vehicles per condo. However, boats and trailers are not allowed to be parked in the parking lot. The pool is directly next to the condos, so an easy walk!
