Our place has just been remodeled. It is close to public transport, the city center, and family-friendly activities. We are within walking distance of a store, and a great restaurant. You’ll love our place because of the outdoor spaces, the light, and sitting next to the Rogue River watching the rafters, boats, geese, Egrets, Herons, and eagles.. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Our suite is a private space within our home, consisting of two rooms, and bathroom. Room A is a sitting area with a kitchen area, dining table and chairs, plus a futon that converts to a double bed. Room B has a queen bed. Guests staying in B will need to go through Room A, to access kitchenette and bathroom. This is your private space, total separate from our home. In addition, there is a beautiful patio with BBQ and table and chairs that you are welcome to use. The patio is shared with our other airbnb guests. There is a rear door from suite, and river is about 75 feet from door. We are on the Rogue River, but do not have river access as we are about 60 feet above it, with a steep cliff. We are generally available throughout your stay- always only a phone call away. We are sociable people, and love to learn about others. We will interact with you at your request, but will respect your privacy to enjoy the space. We won't intrude on your enjoyment. Rogue River Highway is a mixed use area - residential and commercial. Our property is also mixed use. When you pull in the driveway, you will pass several trailers and cottages before coming to our house, where the suite is located. We are about two miles from downtown Grants Pass. There is a bus line about two blocks from our house. A grocery store with deli is within walking distance. We are also within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant called The RIver's Edge. The rear patio is a shared space with our other Airbnb unit guests. The suite is part of our home, with a private entrance. This is a gated property and very secure.
