BayView Suite Apartment has its entrance up some steps off the front porch, at the front of the house. The cozy family room has an incredible view and many times through out the day you can see this working Maritime Waterfront in action, as they build new ships or repair them while they are docked. The house is conveniently located about 1 block from restaurants, coffee, shopping and much more. On Saturdays from June-October you can enjoy the Farmers Market on Saturdays and 2-1/2 blocks north is Sunset Park on the bay, which has a sand beach swimming area, boat launch, playground, walking trail and a sand volleyball area. BayView Suite Apartment is in the perfect location to be your home base as you explore the Peninsula, only 20 minutes from Egg Harbor, 30 minutes from Fish Creek, 30 minutes from Baileys Harbor, 42 minutes from Sister Bay and about 50 minutes from Gills Rock. Sturgeon Bay has 13 parks, with a few of them on the water, movie theatre, antique shops, retail shops, 3 grocery stores, HealthyWay Market, 4 coffee shops and many wonderful restaurants! Guest entrance is separate, located at the front of the house from the porch and private from bottom unit. There is ONE parking space available as you enter the right-side of the driveway, steps away from the porch and your entrance into the apartment. We are usually near by when not working. You may hear the shipbuilders working on the boats while they are docked. Experience vacationing near the bay while enjoying the heart of Door County! There are many parks and beaches throughout the county. Bike & Kayak rentals are available @ Bayshore Outfitters just across the Steel Bridge down Michigan Street. There are many fabulous restaurants, coffee shops and shopping about a block away! The apartment is located about a block from shopping and restaurants , a lot of guests walk or ride bikes. Here are instructions for when you get into Sturgeon Bay. HOW TO GET HERE & WHERE TO PARK 1.) Take the business district exit (veer right by Walgreens) go down Madison Ave, follow Madison Ave over the Steelbridge (Madison Ave changes to Michigan once on the east side). 2.) You'll come to a stop sign at 3rd Ave and Michigan, turn left on to 3rd ave (going North). 3.) Stay on 3rd Ave, pass Louisanna and Jefferson Streets and approximately 1 block on your right is a Yellow House with a black wrought iron fence on the front lawn. 4.) Pull into the right side of the driveway in front of the porch where there is one parking spot with a sign that says guest parking. 5.) Enter in at the front door on the porch, there is a keypad for the front door which leads you into the entry, go up the stairs to the apartment door, which also has a keypad to enter. 6) If you go over the Oregon Street bridge instead of the steel bridge turn left at the Oregon Street stop sign onto 3rd Avenue. Stay on 3rd Ave, pass Michigan, Louisanna and Jefferson Streets and approximately 1 block on your right is a Yellow House (address is 368 N. Third Ave, Sturgeon Bay) with a black wrought iron fence on the front lawn. Please park on the right side of the driveway close to the grass and front entrance, Thank you.
