This cozy two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit is conveniently located near Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, and Horseshoe Bend. This rental offers you a perfect base to explore the stunning natural attractions of the area while providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is a lower unit as part of a four-plex building. With a large living area and a kitchen in view, all guests can enjoy their time together. The sleeping arrangements include a king in one room, and two twin beds in the second bedroom. There is also an air mattress provided, with plenty of room to set it up. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a variety of oils, and spices. Guests have access to their own 2 bed 1 bath apartment, with a kitchen and laundry. There is a family room with a TV, as well as a dining area. The backyard is shared with others staying in the apartments, along with the parking lot. There is an open backyard, where you can enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather. The street is available for trailer parking, either in front of the building, or at the side of the building. The parking lot is big enough for a trailer, but can get tight at times. This is an entire apartment. It is one of a four unit complex. We love all things Page, Lake Powell and Canyons. Growing up in Page has given me a vast amount of knowledge about the area. I will talk with you about your vacation and give you local tips. Or, if needed, I will let you find your way and enjoy your time. We wouldn’t suggest anything that we haven’t done ourselves, and these are just a few of the great restaurants in town. We try to keep random messages and reminders via AirBnB to a minimum. We try to make the apartment feel like your home during your stay. There are minimum notes and reminders in the apartment. We are located in a great neighborhood with a mixture of apartment buildings and single family homes. The building backs up to a retirement home and faces a single family home. We are at the end of a quiet street, with another four-plex on the other side of the building. Parking includes the apartment parking lot, as well as the street. With the apartment building being on the corner of the street, it makes for easy parking and a spacious feeling. Walking to downtown Page is about a 5 minute walk. Restaurants and groceries is a 1 minute drive. Horseshoe Bend is a 5 minute drive. Glen Canyon Dam is 5 minutes away by car. Lake Powell, is about a 10 minute drive, to either Marina. Lone Rock Beach is approximately 15 minutes away. Walmart is a 5 minute drive. Antelope Canyon entrance is four miles away, most tour pick ups are two blocks away. This is a lower unit in a four plex apartment building. You will hear noise from other guests in the other apartments, and the other guests will hear you. Please read the house rules and check-out instructions. When you book with us, you agree to these rules. You will have access to a grassy backyard that is shared with other guests. We unfortunately do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. Please plan accordingly. The TV has a RUKU and only has entertainment using internet and your own accounts, for example Hulu and Netflix. There is no local TV or Cable. We rent often and love guests coming and going daily. Because of this getting the towels started in the washer helps move things along. Please read the house rules for other helpful requests.
