The Rose Room is on the second floor. Private room with ensuite bath in 1843 Victorian Italianate. Ideal location in Historic Downtown Mystic. Common areas include expansive covered porches and attached gazebo, parlor with baby grand piano, and dining room. Lovely grounds and gardens. Breakfast is NOT available. Guests have access to the dining room and parlor with baby grand piano, movie library, expansive covered porches, attached gazebo, lawns and gardens. I reside onsite This 1843 Victorian Italianate is located on a quiet tree lined street in downtown Mystic, one street back from the Mystic River. Easy walk to the waterfront park, restaurants, shops and galleries, bakeries and icecream, kayak rentals, and river cruises. Never worry about finding parking, as once you park in our free parking area, there is no need to move your car. Just cross the street (on foot) from the parking lot and follow Frazier to the Mystic River. Go left at the River. Walking and biking are the preferred means of getting around in downtown. For farther distances, your own vehicle or UBER are good options. Parking is on the Willow St. side of the house. Willow becomes one way, so you must drive around the block to reach it The nightly quoted rate is PER ROOM. Single or double(max) occupancy. A three course breakfast is served daily as well as afternoon/evening baked goods Rooms are refreshed daily. Pets and service animals can not be accommodated due to my allergies. There is no smoking. Lighted materials of any kind; candles, incense, etc. are not permitted. Quiet time 9:30 pm to 8:30 am.
