It will be also suitable for military officers and contractors as Fort Belvoir is only 15 minute drive from this home. The bedroom is a private room however the bathroom, kitchen, dinning and living room to be shared with other guests. Guest can access their room along with the shared areas. Laundry is available for guests on weekends only $50 per month fee.
