It doesn't get much better than this!! A fully stocked and furnished family home with ocean views. You can watch the ocean waves and spectacular sunsets from the comfort of the roomy house or visit one of the near by beaches to the sand and surf. This home is a perfect destination for a family or two, or a group of friends. Treat yourself to an amazing coastal getaway. The living room, eat in kitchen, bathroom with tub, and a king size bedroom are on the main floor. Also on the main floor, off the kitchen, is a mudroom hallway to enter or exit the house, park sand filled shoes, and use the washer and dryer. Next to the mudroom, through the french doors, is a separate large room with two bunk beds, each with full size mattresses. Upstairs is a large loft room with a day bed (that can be pulled out and converted from twin to queen size), more great ocean views and a play space for little ones, or simply use it as a place to relax or sleep. Downstairs is a king size master bedroom, a bathroom with shower and more ocean views. The house has Wifi internet service. There is cable TV in the Living Room and Master. The main floor bedrooms have Apple TV's. Main floor TV's also have DVD players. There is a keyless entry to the house. The code is sent to guests before their arrival. The home is located in an amazing little neighborhood called Lincoln Beach which is nestled between Gleneden Beach and Depoe Bay. It's perfectly situated to see pods of migrating whales, seals at waters edge, and a vast array of birds while enjoying what feels like an undiscovered public beach. For larger crowds, other spectacular beaches, restaurants and shopping is a short drive north to Gleneden Beach and Lincoln City, or south to Depoe Bay and Newport. A Lincoln Beach Thriftway grocery store is a few minutes away from the house by going south on Hwy 101. There is room for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 car spaces curbside in front of the house. The length of Lincoln street (on the ocean side of the house) is a fire lane with no parking. There is no parking elsewhere on Breeze St. in this small neighborhood. Across the street is a public path (between two homes) that leads to a stairway to the beach. The stairway is constructed with very large boulders that are part of a rip-rap project to mitigate severe hillside erosion. The project is nearly completed and there are signs to point out the fragile landscape plantings. This path and stairway has no association to our home and property, although we are thrilled to have the public access restored. It is not an easy climb for everyone. Those with mobility issues, young children or the elderly should use additional caution. Please be aware that there is a steep hillside, uneven and slippery stair steps and the lack of handrails for support. If the climb is too great and you wish to put your feet in the sand or splash around in the waves, it's a short drive to several amazing beaches nearby.
