Location, location, location! Cozy & comfortable apartment in the heart of Shaver Lake Village. Located above the Shaver Lake Deli (Home of Famous Chunky Bread), it is a very close walk to restaurants and shops and a 5 minute drive to the lake. Make this your home base for all of your outdoor adventures! Please review the entire listing before booking. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a full kitchen with all of the basics. The bedroom has a queen bed and the living room couch folds into a queen bed, to provide comfortable sleeping for up to 4 adults. Linens - We DO provide clean linens. Towels - We DO provide clean bath towels, a bathroom hand towel and a dish towel. Toiletries - We DO provide bar soap. We DO NOT provide shampoo, conditioner, etc. Wi-Fi - We DO provide Wi-Fi. Kitchen - We DO provide cups, dishes and silverware for 4 as well as a pot, pan, cutting board, cookie sheet, mixing bowl, miscellaneous utensils, etc. We DO NOT provide a coffee maker. Please visit one of the local coffee shops within walking distance. :) There is a smart TV in the living that is on WiFi. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONER OR WHOLE HOUSE HEAT. Fans and space heaters are provided. We do not live on site. You will have access to the entire apartment, as well as one assigned parking space. I am available by phone almost all of the time and live nearby. Please let me know if you need anything throughout your stay! Walk downstairs to get a coffee, breakfast or a great sandwich at Shaver Lake Deli, then later head next door or across the street for a delicious dinner. Also within easy walking distance are more restaurants, bars, a grocery store, hardware store, a sport shop and gas station/mini mart. Shaver Lake is 5 minutes away, China Peak Resort and Huntington Lake are a 20-30 minute drive. Walking and driving will be your best bet. No ride sharing or transit up here on the hill. Extra parking is available. It snows in Shaver Lake in the winter. Please check road conditions on the Caltrans website, prior to heading up, to see if chains are required. You should always carry chains. Pets - Well behaved and house trained dogs are welcome! 2 MAXIMUM. They must be on a leash outside of the building, are not allowed on the furniture and CANNOT be left alone in the apartment. Sorry, no cats. We request that you wash your dishes prior to departure.
