Welcome to our Syracuse Country home featuring our 2 beautiful horses for you to visit while staying with us. We only host one group at a time. You are not renting our home, but renting rooms with access to the rest of the home. We operate like a hotel, guests do not prepare meals here, but are off exploring this beautiful area and eating out. We live in a separate area in the same house and are available for you if needed. Our home is over 4000 square feet of space for you to spread out in. We only host one group at a time, so you will not be sharing space with other guests or us. Only registered guests allowed on property. We live here in our separate area of the house. You will have your own outside door entrance that leads you up a standard 12 stair incline staircase to your 3 available upstairs bedrooms with your own full size bathroom. The main guest room has a memory foam queen mattress that sleeps two. The second guest room has 2 twin beds. The third guest room has two twin size beds. All bedrooms have tv's with Roku hook up or you can bring your own to connect to any of the tv's. I also have a toddler mattress with plastic frame that can be put into any room. The recreational pool table room (this is what I call the 4th bedroom located in the walk out basement) has a full size beds plus a futon for guest sleeping. THIS ROOM IS NOT always available. I also have 5 roll-away beds that can go in any room. We provide clean sheets, blankets and towels while you stay. If you forgot something, no problem, the hall closet is filled with amenities if you need something. Our home is equipped with smoke alarms connected directly to the fire department for everyone's safety. Guests have access in our home to: -Family room with ping pong table and grand piano -In ground swimming pool in season (closed approx. September- May, not heated) -Visit the horses -Outdoor wooden swing set -Back deck to sit and enjoy the sunset! -Private full bathroom up guest staircase bedroom area -TV, wireless internet in every bedroom -Basement with pool table, tv lounge area (this is the 4th bedroom too, it is NOT always available) -Animals shared! We have 1 nice cat that is mostly outdoors or in our private area. We ask that you keep the bedroom doors closed at all times so they stay pet free. We have two beautiful horses named Mocha and Cheyenne who will always come for a treat, and 2 Golden Retrievers named Bodie and named Charlie. The dogs are always with us but available if guests want to meet them! The dogs are young and very excitable at first if meeting guests, then settle down and want to play ball. We live here and use a separate front door or garage door and separate staircase in the same home to our section on the second floor that is private for our use. We are in our office or out at the barn for your convenience. It is possible you see us passing through and to access the kitchen or refrigerator. Our pets are available to interact with guests if guests want that. I am happy to arrange anything in the area for you and I look forward to hearing from you. Uber and Lyft is available in our area. We are only 9 miles from Syracuse University and Destiny USA Mall. There is no additional charge for children under 1. Only registered guests staying here allowed on the property. If additional guests arrive with you, you will be charged for each guest, per night. This is not a party house. No under age alcohol drinking allowed.
