Our inviting, family friendly, 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is conveniently located in popular central Columbia. The home is a few blocks from downtown and a mile to the MU campus. The large, open kitchen, roomy living room, large furnished walk-out basement and outdoor deck provide areas for relaxing. The home has quality furnishings with two 50" SMART TVs, cable and high speed internet access. We are continually upgrading our home and amenities for the comfort and safety of our guests. The home has 2 separate living spaces one upstairs and one downstairs. Three bedrooms are upstairs with a queen bed, a double bed and a trundle twin bed that can be made into 2 twins. The twin "Tiger Room" has a bookcase with children's games, toys, and a DVD player with a large assortment of children's DVDs. There are a few for adults, too. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and separate bathroom with jetted shower. Large SMART TVs are upstairs and downstairs. (If used for gaming, please return to the TVs to the original settings.) Pets are allowed for a $50 pet fee. The yard is not fenced, but the neighborhood is great for walking dogs. Our house is in a family neighborhood, so no parties, please. A gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockpot, rice maker, blender and lots of kitchen amenities make cooking and entertaining easy. This ranch has a few easy steps to the front door. One bedroom, large new bathroom and washer and dryer are located in the spacious finished walk-out basement. We have a contactless lock on our front door, so you can check in on your own when you arrive. Our contacts are on the refrigerator and we are available to call or text for questions and concerns throughout your stay, since we may not be in Columbia during your stay. However, we have two grown sons and their families living in Columbia who are available, if needed, for any house emergency. This home is located in the coveted central Columbia area. Just south of Broadway and west of downtown, you will be close to grocery stores, shopping, the Columbia library and more. Less than three miles to MU sports arenas. Parking is convenient with 2 spaces in driveway and more parking available on the street. If you have a small car, you can use the one car garage. Uber, Lyft and taxis are available and less than $10 to downtown, during normal rates. The home is infant and toddler friendly. We have 2 Pack and Plays, and a toddler guard that can be used on the twin bed. A baby monitor, and two booster seats with seat belts are available. Toddler utensils and cups and plates are provided as well as bibs. Baby shampoo is also on site.
