This is a very nice guest house centrally located for easy access to everything and everyplace in tucson and the surrounding areas. It’s in the Historic Old Fort Lowell District. It was built in 1948 but was purchased by a builder and totally gutted and remodeled in 2018 so everything is brand new. It has a queen size bed and a queen size arrow bed if needed. You are welcome to use the pool and yard space, however, the pool is not heated but is great for swimming May through September. This is a lovely safe space. The property is completely gated and locked at all times. There is a brand new TV which is mounted and can be turned towards the living area or the sleeping area. I have basic cable, Netflix, Prime, and Hulu. Enter the gate and the casita with the code you requested and then hit the lock/unlock button in the center of the keypad. I am a very attentive host, and I live in the main house. I work during the day, but I am always accessible by phone to assist you in any way I can. We always love to visit with our guests if they want to, so feel free to join us anytime if we are hanging out in the back yard. Mi casa su casa! We are very close to the Fort Lowell Park and Museum, Palomino Plaza is a quick walk just around the corner. It is filled with boutique shopping and exquisite restaurants with live music and art events. Access to the Huckleberry Loop 128 mile trail is just a few blocks away for riding bikes or walking safely away from traffic, and the bus stop is right outside my front door. Please ask me for information on places to go and things to see. We have great restaurants only a block away as well as groceries and Starbucks.
