Keyless Entry PARKING: Driveway (5 vehicles) The home is part of the key ferries mountain neighborhood. It is fenced in providing privacy while you enjoy the hot tub or let your pets run freely in the large yard. Plenty of parking within the gated yard. You could fit 6+ cars/trucks without a problem. We added a new gate so your pets can roam freely in the yard. The driveway is gravel however, shouldn't be a problem for average cars. HOUSE RULES -Hot Tub: Guest understands that a hot tub is available on the property for their private use. By making a reservation, Guest assumes any and all liability from use of said hot tub. Guest will keep the hot tub closed, covered, and set at 97 degrees when not in use, and will supervise any children when using the hot tub. A hot tub guide with additional information/rules will be sent to guests prior to stay. Guests will need to read guide before use of hot tub. - No smoking. A $300 cleaning fee will be assessed if smoking occurs in or near the property. - No events, parties or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior cameras, located at the front door and the side and back of the house facing the driveway. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. River Access by request, AWD recommended for river access The house is located on a mountain, and during inclement weather AWD vehicles are recommended. We highly recommend AWD vehicles if you are booking the property during the winter months due to its location. You will have to travel up and down hills to access the property. We typically have firewood you can use but feel free to bring your own as well.
