You walk into a living room with a large TV and dining room . The kitchen is small but modern with a dishwasher , coffee pot , and dishes . There is a porch attached to the back of the kitchen overlooking the beautiful lake! Please note: There is no lake access. Full basement with washer and dryer and a sitting area with games and dart board. My house is overlooking Burden lake with beautiful birds and gorgeous landscapes! the house is located in a small but friendly community all year long. The house is located in an area that is best with a car. In today's society with Uber and Lyft, it is affordable to use them as your transportation. We are only 15 minutes from downtown Albany, 45 minutes from Saratoga in an hour from Lake George. It's a beautiful area to ride your bike or roller skate as there are three lakes within Burden Lake. There are no steps to get into the house. The only stairs are to the basement to do laundry . We have a seating area in the basement for the guests to play darts and games .
