Private entrance to a private suite w/attached bathroom. It’s in our nice north (25 min to downtown) Indianapolis home. Queen bed, Sleep machine, keurig, mini fridge, microwave, & quick breakfast items. Close to malls, restaurants, nightlife & all interstates. We live 15 min (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) to Ruoff Music Ctr, 35 min to Motor Speedway, 5 min to Roche, 35 min to airport, 25 min to Grand Park, 25 min to Lucas Stadium. Please read the “Guest access” section before booking. We hope you find the private suite w/your own private entrance comfortable. You do need to climb 10 steps up the stairs on the side of the house by the flagpole to get to the suite. It’s decorated in a warm travel theme w/white bedding & down filled comforter. The private bathroom is attached to your room. There’s a 40 in TV w/Roku, Netflix & Hulu. Bottled water & coffee/organic teas. You'll find a desk/table, 2 chairs, small fan, hair dryer, ironing board/iron & a luggage rack in your room as well. We do live in our home & our bedroom is upstairs. We’ve taken steps to try to eliminate noise on our end, but we do live here. We may hear you & you may hear us. We ask that you be respectful of our suite. Please remove your shoes when you get in. We also have an Apt downstairs that is on Air bnb & completely separate from this suite. We ask if you bring more than 1 car, park the other one at the entrance to the neighborhood and walk to our home. I will provide you the code to your suite before your arrival. You may use our backyard grill/ pergola. Please park on the street NOT IN OUR GRASS & do NOT block mailboxes. There is also wifi of course. I can certainly greet you if you would like, if I am home. We love to meet new people! I can give you ideas for places to see or do or recommend restaurants, I also have a guidebook on here & lots of info in the suite. It is a mature neighborhood, with a lot of trees, and completely safe! Just a short walk through the neighborhood is a playset/small park. Come and enjoy your morning coffee at the pergola. Indy offers Lyft & UBER, as well as taxis and the bus system are all right here in the area. We are about 14 miles to downtown & convention center, 10 miles to Ruoff Music Center, 3 miles to Roche, 16 miles to Motor Speedway, 35 min to airport, 20 min to Grand Park. DO NOT PARK IN GRASS. If you have additional people & are planning way in advance to come to Indy, we may be able to coordinate our apartment on the same property that sleeps four. Just ask and I’ll see what I can do!
