Nice quiet apartment in the beautiful Northwoods Neighborhood of Murfreesboro. Great location with only a few minutes drive to shopping and MTSU. and Nashville is only 30-40 minute drive away. This above garage apartment is separate from the main house where owners live and has a private entrance and stairs. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, living room, large full bathroom, kitchen along with a walk-in pantry and walk-in closet. All new appliances. So if you are looking for a nice and quiet place to stay that is not your typical hotel room/motel, then this is your “home away from home”! Very close to MTSU! The place it set up for 4 persons, but an air mattress is available for 1-2 more people - we do have an extra $25 fee per day for every person above 4. Make sure to put the correct number of people staying so we can ensure enough bedding and towels for all as well as adding the extra bed if needed. Apartment only. No access to Back Yard. Very nice and quiet neighborhood with large trees. Great for walks. Parking on street by house. Car recommended.
