Great location near hiking trails, fancy grocery stores and 3.3 miles to Autzen stadium about 9 minutes by car and 2.7 miles to Hayward field. Townhouse is entirely private space for guests to use, back porch is off the living room. Front porch area is a shared entranceway for both townhouses. I do not interact with the guests unless we run into each other or they message me via Air B n B app. We are very near the University of Oregon, hiking trails, 0.7 miles to Market if Choice and Friendly Market. No smoking on the property and no pets. People smoke on the sidewalk corner above the duplex.
