Have fun with the whole family at this stylish bungalow. Recently remodeled from top to bottom with heated bathroom flooring and an outdoor shower (it is on the back yard patio for rinsing off, does have hot and cold water). The kitchen is bright and cheery, open to the main room and dining, a great spot to cook and hangout with family or friends. Upstairs is a cozy sleeping nook with two twin beds and a gorgeous half bath. We chose high end foam mattresses and 700 count sheets. The property has 3 bungalows on it. Two are being remodeled. We are very careful with noise so that we are not working early in the morning. The property is next door to a pear orchard and our driveway. The patio off the kitchen is solely yours to enjoy. There are not tenants in the other bungalows, but we ask that you use the area around Unit A only. We will help in any way possible especially if it is an emergency. Our adult children will be available if we are not. We are so close to the Indian Creek walking trail, which takes you downtown Hood River. Coffee shops and brew pubs abound. And in need of a quick run to the store, Rosauers is walking distance. Authentic tacos are right next door. Yum. We allow young children but we want you to know that there are cleaning products under the kitchen sink that will not be child proof. And we have a screen around the hot water heater in the kitchen. Please look else where if you have any kind of animal and you want to bring it to our home. We are highly allergic to dogs and use this home when it is not in use. There are several homes to rent in Hood River that allow pets. Please do not sneak them on to the property as we live next door. And no to emotional support animals. Thank you.
