The home has room for two in the loft outfitted with a queen bed, and the couch pulls out for the option to sleep a total of 4 people. It’s a small space, but you are welcome to do as you feel is best for you. We’ve prepared the right mix of amenities for you, including a solar powered air conditioning unit, stove, fridge and microwave, a French press machine, a pour over (with coffee provided), a Moka and a full set of plant-based soap and shampoo for you to use in the bathroom. All soaps, shampoos and cleaning supplies that we supply are natural, so that we can remain off-grid completely, which is why cleaning prices are a bit more expensive. Anything you bring MUST also abide by this - natural ingredients only - so we can drain the water appropriately. This tiny home is the culmination of magical use of space and a really intentional design of your experience. Built on the east coast with my entire family, it’s located not far from The Grand Canyon (40 min) and Flagstaff (30 min), not to mention various different attractions in Williams. Downtown Williams and Flagstaff both have plenty to offer - from co-working spaces, restaurants, cafes, The Polar Express, Bearizona and so much more, so you’ll have access to a full set of amazing experiences for you and any guests with you. The property manager lives a few minutes down the road! We're on private property a few 400ft to a lovely, little cabin (a good friend of ours and Airbnb). We're easy to find and it's a calm and quiet space. Lots of parking options, even a private space. It is suggested that you get or bring a vehicle because not too much is walkable. Ubers and Lyfts can be expensive and take some time to get here. There is a dirt road into the property, but it's frequently groomed so any type of vehicle can access it when it's not snowing or raining for days in a row. We welcome you to bring just your basics here and escape from your surroundings, enjoying the simple life and slowing down in the desert. There’s a wonderful energy here, and the tiny is equipped to be completely off-grid, perfect for those that enjoy conscious energy and waste usage.
