A Montfair Resort Farm employee is on site 7 days a week with weekday hours 9 to 5 and weekends 9 to 2 pm. Two of the owners live one mile down the road. We are happy to help in anyway if needed. We let our guests have as much privacy as need be but are easily accessible for concerns, questions, help and willing to help with local itineraries, information or any assistance needed. This cabin has a comfortable queen size organic latex mattress in the one bedroom and futon in living room. This Cabin has capacity to sleep four guests but please note these are small cabins, only 400 sq. feet. $45.00 additional fee for first pet, $22 for second pet. Cabins are close together. All cabins have wi-fi. This cabins signal is strong but it is a rural connection and can be effected by bad weather. Please contact office during business hours, 9- 5 pm, to reset Wi-Fi connection if not working. Our prices include Virginia state taxes and Albemarle County taxes. Individual cottages do not have land-lines. You have access to the land-line phone in Main Office 24/7. Mobile phone reception varies widely between services and in most cases is limited. There are certain spots you can stand to get cell phone service around the property depending on your service. Water is deep well water that is gravity fed to cottages. Water pressure is not as strong as you would expect in an urban setting. The deep well water is tested and approved by the Virginia State Waterworks and is safe to drink and tastes delicious!
