McKinley or Denali. Guests check in at the main B&B house. The front door remains unlock until the last guest arrives. We would appreciate a prior notification for late arrivals, if possible. Grace and Bill's Freedom Hills B&B is located about 5 miles (less than 10-minute drive) from beautiful downtown Talkeetna in a quiet wooded area up on a bluff, where on a clear day, you can see the top of North America - Mt. McKinley or Denali. The physical address of Grace and Bill's Freedom Hills main B&B house is 22046 S. Freedom Drive, Talkeetna, Alaska 99676. Please follow these directions and don't rely too much on GPS, if you will be using one. (A lot of times our guests are lead by GPS to our next door neighbor, just before our driveway.) Directions: 1. Coming from the Parks Highway, at Mile 98.7, turn to Talkeetna Spur Rd (on the right if coming from South; on the left if coming from the North). 2. Drive 12 miles on Talkeetna Spur Rd and turn right on Comsat Road. 3. Drive about 2.3 miles and turn right on Madison. (The first marked road on the right off Comsat is Madison. As you go up the hill the road turns into Freedom Drive.) 4. Proceed 0.8 miles to the top of the hill, pass Taft Circle. After Taft Circle, the main B&B house is on the 2nd driveway on the left side of the road. Be sure to go to the driveway where Grace and Bill's Freedom Hills B&B sign is displayed. The house front door will have a greeting sheet showing the assigned rooms to the guests for the night and some basic information. Above the door is the house number "22046" Note: Grace and Bill's is on both sides of the road. On the left side is the main B&B; on the right side is our family house (a red house) at 22045 S. Freedom Drive. Rates are based on double occupancy per room; we charge $20/rm-night per additional guest over 8 years old. Only one additional guest is allowed in Room #2. Room 3 can only accommodate 2 guests. Only 1 room is available if rate displayed is $142 or less. Summer rates (May 1 - September 30): $263.00/night if renting both rooms and $142/room-night if renting only one room (based on double occupancy. Continental breakfast is served from 7 am - 10 am. Winter rates (October 1 - April 30): $200/night if renting both rooms and $105/room-night if renting only one room (based on double occupancy per room).
