Dogs must be disclosed(by guest) and approved(by us) before your booking will be considered confirmed. We have a few additional dog rules which we will communicate directly. There’s a free public boat ramp about 1/4 mile from the home for you to launch your watercraft. Old Hickory Lake is a tournament fishing lake with excellent Bass fishing, as well as a host of other fun fishing…kids can catch Bluegill all day long from the shoreline! Once booked you will receive a welcome email from the property manager, Seth. You will also receive information about things to do and places to go right before your stay. The day of, you will receive check-in/out instructions. At anytime, if there is a questions, you will have a direct communication with Seth via, phone, text or email, whichever is best for you! Hendersonville is a lovely upper middle class community of about 62K residents. It’s known for lakefront living , boating, tournament fishing, excellent public education and it’s close proximity to Nashville. A vehicle will be required to get around.
