The smaller apartment side has a small kitchen, micro-full-bathroom, studio-style living-bedroom-dining space with massive sliding glass doors highlighting the gorgeous lake view. This space offers a King Bed & Full size pull-out couch sharing the same space and includes a heavy curtain that can be used for privacy between them. 🍳 Well-equipped Kitchen: The retro-style kitchen is a blend of classic 1950/60s ambience and modern amenities. Adorned with beautiful pine cabinets made from the fallen trees on the property and the original pastel blue 50s appliances, it offers a nostalgic setting for your culinary adventures. Nothing like baking cookies the way grandma does after a long day of touring the parks or exploring the lake. The kitchen is well-appointed and includes a small pantry stocked with essentials such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, flour, sugar, coffee, tea, and more. By securing both homes, you’d have side-by-side 2 kitchens, with 2 sets of appliances. 🛏️ Cozy Bedrooms: Rest comfortably in the well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room provides 2 twin roll-away beds (no linens provided, so remember to bring your own sleeping bags). The adjoining apartment offers a king-sized bed along with a full-sized pull out sofa sharing the same space. 🚿 Well-Stocked Bathroom: The renovated three-quarter bath features a walk-in shower and is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer, and other necessary amenities to enhance your stay. 🚿 Bathroom #2: This three-quarter bathroom packs a punch by having everything you need in the smallest of spaces. This is a private Duplex with owners living adjacent. All exterior spaces are shared between both sides of guests, the Tiny Home, as well as the owners. We live on property but not there often as we have property adjacent & in other towns, plus working most days & evenings. We are always available via phone, email or text to answer any questions. While we’re on location, we respect your space but also happy help anyway we can. :) . This Home is adjacent to the PUBLIC boat launch, meaning there are folks with boats & water crafts going by often. As well as the row of small cabins that are just across the way. There is a creek running under the windows of the master bedroom that runs year round & separates this home from the row of 5 small cabins. There is a 2 car shop right behind the home that the owners may stay in or adjacent to. This Duplex has a lot of space around it for a typical lake house & is all one level... from the parking lot, to the home, to the lake itself... all one level. This is really unheard of on this lake. There is no TV or Wifi however 3G internet/cell service is available from Verizon. This home has 50's kitchen appliances that work great! 15 minutes from Port Angeles & a quick 5 minute drive from the nearest home town style gas station or restaurant. Granny's Cafe is FAMOUS for their soft-serve ice cream cones served with vanilla, chocolate or swirl!! You can't leave with out one of those!! Also close to all areas in the Olympic National Park and Peninsula; Hoh Rainforest, Kalaloch Beaches, Hurricane Ridge, Coho Ferry to Victoria B.C., Marymere Falls, Ocean or lake Fishing, the most North West Point, Lake Crescent and many more. -No laundry -ONLY Registered guests on property. No visitors/friends not listed on reservation allowed. Septic is sensitive & exterior is shared so no extra guests. Monitored by exterior cameras & adjacent owners/neighbors. -Two guests are included in room rate. We charge per person for more than two guests up to the amount allowed per home. -All animals must be disclosed at the time of reservation & animal fee paid, or you will be fined $250 &/or evicted. Animals are NOT allowed on furniture, beds, cannot be left unattended & must be leashed at all times when outside. Clean up waste after animal is required. Extra cleaning charges at $100 an hour apply for not abiding by the animal policy. -Monitored by exterior cameras -Owner lives adjacent -All exterior areas & amenities are shared with 3 other units & the owners. Moorage might not be available.
