There is a remote-operated gas fireplace in the living room. Second level (upstairs) - 4 bedrooms include 1 king bed and 3 full/queen-sized beds. There are 3 full bathrooms, 1 attached to master bedroom, 1 in the hallway, and 1 attached to another bedroom which includes bath tub ideal for bathing children. Third level (upstairs) - 1 large rec room includes 1 king and 1 queen-sized bed. Outdoor living - Backyard fenced-in patio - Completely paved patio includes an inground saltwater swimming pool, hot tub and ample seating throughout, designed for entertainment. Front porches on main and second levels - deliver sweeping views of the mountainside and beautiful sunsets. Outdoors - 22 acres of manicured lawn. We provide the tools and ingredients to toast delicious s'mores (marshmallow and chocolate sandwiched between two pieces of graham cracker). ***Pool and Hot Tub Use*** There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests assume all risk associated with use of pool and hot tub amenities. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times. There are depth markers of 3 ft, 6 ft and 9 ft on the outside rim of the pool. Signage is posted above pool and hot tub stating rules that must be followed (also refer to house rules in this listing). There are two barns located on the premise, which are separated by a fence. Guests can approach the cattle but children must be accompanied by an adult. The barns are not included in this rental. This home is set up for self-check in access. Guests will receive a link to a digital online guidebook with specific instructions on parking and accessing the property.
