This memorable place is anything but ordinary! Clean, Spacious Camper sitting directly on Douglas Lake! Mostly level walk just off the back deck to the water! Large back yard and deck for the kids to play! Easy access, safe, friendly community! Quiet, usually not many neighbors during the week. Two paddle boards with paddles! Some life vests are available. The Lake is full with water from March 1st-Sept 10th. After that it drops down and only the lake bottom is available to walk. NO PETS! Camper has one bedrooms with a door, queen size bed. The couches in the living room open up to a full size bed frame, and are equipped with a blow up mattress. No more than 4 guests sleep comfortably. 1 full bathroom with hot shower. Guest can use the Paddle Boards at the Camper, any chairs or tubes in the storage bin along the porch. There are 2 hammocks in the cabinet above the couch. Guest can also use the Basketball hoop just outside of the driveway. Guest can also walk and enjoy the point at the end of campground, to the left. Guest can use the boat ramp to put in their boat for $5. After paying the $5 they can park the boat in the water behind the camper (if a pontoon). There is no dock available to use at this time, cannot park at any docs. Must keep truck and trailer in the camper driveway or find a spot to park the trailer out of the way.
