Location, location, location: Home is just a 5-minute drive to Historic downtown Clarksville and to the new F&M arena and just 9 minutes to the Wilma Rudolph Event Center making this home very convenient for wedding parties, functions, sporting events, visiting Austin Peay college students, and those who want close proximity to historic downtown Clarksville. Smart Home: Tell Goog__ the smart speaker/device assistant to turn off the lights, turn on the TV, play a certain song, turn the heat up on the thermostat, or ask what the weather is…the possibilities are fun and endless. Only the dining room and living room lights can be controlled by the device assistant at this time. Even the fridge is smart, just lightly knock on the glass area and it will light up so you can see what's inside without having to open the door. How cool is that! Security: Home has a top-of-the-line security system by Vivint to tie in with the smart theme. There is a doorbell cam and cameras surrounding the home that you're able to monitor from inside the home if you'd like. There are no cameras inside the home. Bedrooms: Two bedrooms have a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has two extra-long twin sized beds. You will have a comfortable night's sleep. All the beds are very comfy and have medium, memory foam mattresses. There are blinds and blackout curtains throughout the home. Laundry: There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry closet in the kitchen. Charging electronics: There is a charging station in the living room and multiple areas throughout the home to charge your phone, laptops, and other devices. Look on the lamp bases and on the nightstands. Heating and cooling: The thermostat is digital. Simply touch the right side of the thermostat close to the wall and slide your finger up and down to adjust the temp. Also, you can ask the device assistant. Dishwasher: There is a light switch on the wall above the dishwasher. Ensure that the left switch is up/on. To turn it on, press the start button with pressure. Linen: All linen needed is provided. The towels, washcloths, hand towels are under the sink in both the upstairs bathrooms. Parking: Driveway fits 2 vehicles comfortably. There is free street parking as well. Guests will have access to the entire home. The host is available should you need anything during your stay. You'll be in close proximity to Austin Peay State University which puts you in walking distance to the Foy Recreational Center, the Dunn Center, pool, gym, sand volleyball, football field, basketball courts, and more. In addition, home is downtown which has many new restaurants, venues, establishments, and shopping. The home is an architectural staple of Nashville's classic tall and skinny. It's brand new and construction was completed in April 2023. The local motorcycle club located diagonally across the street meet on some Thursday and Saturday nights only. Please be advised that there may be motorcycle noise on these nights. Otherwise, the area is quiet and serene with deer spotting's from time to time.
