We are centrally located less than 5 minutes to Brainerd Intl Raceway and 15 minutes to Nisswa or Downtown Brainerd. Hiking, biking, Safari North Wildlife Park, golfing, fishing, kids activities, breweries, dining and shopping all within 15 minutes. Cooks Lodge is a 2 bedroom/1 bath cabin with a queen bed and TV in both bedrooms. Private deck on the back with gas grill. Wise Lake is a private lake with great fishing and private beach located steps from your door. Shared fire pit available. Open floor plan for kitchen, living room and dining room. Both bedrooms are spacious and include a queen bed, nightstands, and smart tv. The Living room has a couch and two side chairs along with smart tv. Dining room area has a corner banquette that seats 5. Private back deck to enjoy the outdoors with sitting and eating areas and gas grill. Guests will have access to the entire cabin, nothing shared in cabin space. The neighborhood is part of a small 13 family HOA with shared beach, boat launch, fire pit, parking, basketball court, and bathhouse that includes two bathrooms and showers. We live in the same HOA, so we are available if you need anything during your stay (to borrow a cup of sugar, borrow water floaties, or join us for happy hour on our deck). We are located on Wise Lake in a small 13 family private HOA community. You'll enjoy access to this private lake with a private boat launch and beach for our community only. We have a basketball court and fire pit to share as well. Complimentary parking, please follow designated parking area signs. We provide beach towels and beach chairs. We provide one set of bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion), coffee pack (regular), paper towels, toilet paper, and two garbage bags to start, guests must provide additional. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware (including plastic for the kiddos), glasses, and silverware along with cooking and grilling utensils. Coffee pot is a 12cup and single cup brew. Toaster and crockpot along with pots, pans, sheet pans, mixing bowls, serving dishes, Tupperware, plastic cups/insulated cups, and knives.
