Dining table comfortably seats 8 for a relaxing dinner. - Capitan's Quarters "Master Bedroom" - Tall 9 ft ceilings boasting a King size bed with reading nook and access through sliding doors to the screened in patio. Night stands have built in USB charging ports to fit all phones and a small keyed lock box is located in the closet for your personal item. - Private Master Bathroom - Relaxing jacuzzi tub and separate standup shower, double vanity sinks with wall mounted hair dryer. - Pirate's Cove "2nd Bedroom" - 9 ft ceilings equipped with Twin over Full Bunkbed complete with relaxing Adirondack Chair. - 2nd Bathroom - Full-size Bathtub and shower with single vanity sink and wall mounted hair dryer. - Laundry Room - Equipped with full size Washer and Dryer with cabinets stocked with washing detergent for our guests. - Private Patio - 23 ft long screened-in and 50 ft open L-shaped deck looking over and past the backyard and trees you can catch a glimpse of the 1st Fairway Golf Course. At night entertain or be entertained in our private backyard with fully remote controlled Multi-Color Party Lights. Pick 1 or multiple colors, dim them down or set them to chase or flash to fit your mood. - Fenced in Backyard - Dog friendly home for well behaved potty-trained dogs with Dog Poo Bag dispenser for easy back yard cleanup. Downstairs: - Living Room - Spacious, comfortable area with plenty of seating for watching or participating in a changeling game of Pool or watching the game on the 65 inch Flat Screen Smart TV mounted over the gas Fireplace. Features include dimmable recessed lighting for any atmosphere. Both Sofas can be used as beds with 1 being a full and the other a single bed. - Theater Room - Walk into the decorated Theater Room with huge 144 inch screen in High-Definition, 5.1 Surround Sound, comfortable 4-seat sofa and Concession Bar complete with evening glasses, microwave for popping popcorn, Coca~Cola Mini-fridge, full size light up movie theater posters for that real movie theater experience. Pop in one of the provided Blockbuster Blu-ray movies off the shelf and enjoy the bigger than life sights and sounds. Also this room has a small convertible fold out floor chair that turns into a slightly smaller version of a twin bed to make this a 5th bedroom if desired or needed for a younger small adult, teen or child. - Arcade Room - Take a trip back-in-time to play over 3000 old school games on 2 Full Size multi Arcade Machines and Pac-Man 3/4 size or pick a game to play on the more modern Wii and Xbox 360. - Half Bathroom - Located off the Theater room there is a little movie flare that adorns the walls and is sure to bring a smile even while having to take care of business. - Piers and Paddles "3rd Bedroom Downstairs Master" - Cozy Queen size bedroom with 50 in Flat Screen, Roku and Blu-ray Player complete with walkout patio for that late night open air excursion. We are a family of 5 (1 daughter and 2 sons). 2 years ago during our annual family vacation we discovered Smith Mountain Lake for the first time. We enjoyed our time here together so much we searched high and low for the perfect home in the same community so we could relive the experience over and over. You only need to register with Mariners Landing to acquire your tags for your vehicle and watercraft before arrival (e-mail link will be sent 5 days prior). Mariners Main Office also can provide overnight slip rental for an additional per night fee if desired (pricing subject to change and must be verified with Mariners Landing). -Rent a Tri-toon or other watercraft at Mariners Landing Boar Rentals located within our resort at the Point for a full day of tubing, water skiing or simply power along Smith Mountain Lake and take in the many sites! Need a break off the boat in the middle of the day? Steer towards Bridgewater Marina at West Lake Village for dining, shopping, arcades, miniature golf and even rock climbing right on the water. Smith Mountain Lake is a beautiful man-made lake with over 500 miles of shore line and mountains stretching over 3 counties and is the deepest lake in Virginia. The Landing Restaurant... located at The Pointe in Mariner's with outdoor seating overlooking the lake and Smith Mountain; accessible by walking/golf cart trails, car or boat. Bottles & Bites...
