This 3 bedroom 2 bath house is perfect for all occasions. Whether you are attending a nearby wedding , looking for a family get away, or needing to get away in nature and relax without being disturbed. Office space is surrounded by windows overlooking the field. Plenty of space to relax with the spacious house and oversized deck. Alfalfa field directly behind the house is often visited by white tail deer, turkeys , and rabbits. The pond out the back brings lots of wildlife to watch as well. I prefer to give my guests space, but feel free to reach out anytime you need anything at all or have a question. The property is quietly tucked back into the woods and nature but isn't far from all the amenities you may need. it's approximately a 5 min drive to Albany and a 15 Minute drive to Muncie. I have had many BSU families, friends and potential students stay and say how it's just far enough away from the city to relax and enjoy nature but close enough to enjoy all the things Muncie has to offer as well.
