Relax at this cozy condo at the top of English Mountain in Sevierville TN. Enjoy a peaceful stay where you feel like you are in a tree house. The condo is close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountain national park without being so close to interrupt your peace and quiet. 1 bedroom 1 bath with a pull-out sofa which Sleeps 4 comfortably. Home has Wi-Fi and Firesticks (use your own sign in). 2nd floor condo with parking on the same level for an easy walk-up entry. No stairs to get into the condo or inside the condo. Pool access is just outside the condo. Access to the pool does require use of stairs which are not handicapped accessible. Home access is by entry keypad. Code will be sent day of arrival. Host will be available via text or phone call 24 hrs a day. Please report any damages or concerns with the condo immediately. Failure to report damages could result in additional fees. -Must be 21 years old to rent the condo. - Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, some spices, a coffee pot with filters and some coffee, Keurig with a few pods, creamer and sugars. This should last until you can get to the grocery. - Paper towels and toilet paper are supplied and should last your stay. Use above what is left will require you to purchase additional supplies. - 2 dogs are allowed. Renter will be responsible for any damage the pets may cause. No Cats allowed. Cleaning up after your dogs is required with Dog potty stations located around the property. - The drive to the condo can be accessed by either of two winding mountain roads. The northern entrance may require 4wd or chains in the winter if there is snow or ice on the road. The southern entrance is less steep and allows for an easier drive to the property, 4wd or chains might be needed depending on the accumulation of snow or ice. You will be notified prior to arrival if this is required.
