The main living area features an 85" TV, fully equipped kitchen, and counter-height dining table with eight stools. Both sleeping areas include smart TVs. There is an additional full bathroom off the kitchen and living area. The 19th Century style saloon is perfect for entertaining friends or hosting events; inquire for pricing. Our mini farm includes chickens, bunnies, and sheep for the kids to enjoy. We also have four friendly dogs who will greet you with smiles and tail wags whenever you enter the backyard. Fresh eggs, citrus, and raw honey are available seasonally. We are located less than three miles from Surprise Stadium for spring training. The property features full RV hookups including 50-amp electric, softened water, and septic hook-up. Guests will access the casita from the back. There is a private 17 ft rolling gate to enter the property and a back door to enter the building from the convenience of your vehicle(s). Our family home is also on the property. There is a private spa for guests, but the rest of the outdoor space and amenities are shared. However, we always give guests as much privacy as possible during their stay! We will be available if needed. Enjoy the country life, just outside the city. A walk through the neighborhood will usually include seeing horses, goats, sheet, cattle, chickens, peacocks, desert tortoises, mini horses, and more. Plenty of parking on the property including full RV hook-up (50 amp electric, water, and septic hook-it). Uber and Lyft available. We have three outdoor dogs; they do not have access to the parking/entry area behind the casita. We have bee hives located near the gate. They won't bother you, but if anyone in your party is severely allergic, we are probably not a good fit.
