Two of the bedrooms have views of majestic Lake Superior! There are two nicely appointed bathrooms; one on the main floor with shower, and a second upstairs complete with tub and shower. A brand-new fully stocked kitchen features a breakfast bar, and an inviting dining room, just waiting for you to enjoy those special meals together. There is a main floor laundry adjacent to the kitchen for your convenience. After hiking or exploring the North Shore, you'll love retreating to the large living room, complete with a 65” Roku TV and electric fireplace, perfect for a relaxing movie night, enjoying a game night or curling up with that book you've been wanting to read! Morning coffee or relaxing evening drinks can be enjoyed in the cozy front sunroom, complete with electric fireplace especially nice for those cooler evenings. Two Harbors is conveniently located off of MN Hwy 61 making it easy to drive to all that the North Shore has to offer! Visiting Duluth (25 min.), Gooseberry Falls (15 min.), Split Rock Lighthouse (25 min.) or Tettegouche State Park (35 min.), Temperance River State Park (50 min.), Lutsen (1 hr.), Grand Marais (1 hr. 30 min.), countless Trout Fishing Rivers and Streams, incredible Trails for hiking and snowmobiling, and the list goes on and on. There is no shortage of fun and exciting adventures that await you on the North Shore! Winter Off street parking is in effect in the City of Two Harbors starting November 1st. Between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. every day from November 1 of each year to April 30, vehicles must be parked off street to allow plows to run. There is ample parking at the property for up to 3 vehicles in the back alley next to our garage, as well as public parking 2 blocks away. We are generally very easy hosts, but there are a few steadfast rules that will incur a charge of $500 minimum each. Pets are not allowed on our property or in our home unless previously discussed and ok’d by us. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside. No drug use of any kind is allowed on the property. Please be respectful of the neighborhood- quiet hours must be adhered to. Please do not book if you are looking for a wild party pad or cannot adhere to the rules. Any noise complaint or complaint of any kind will be charged the minimum $500 and you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
