This beautiful new home is on a 5 acre lot just a short drive to EAA, restaurants and grocery stores. Guests can feel free to use the first floor washer and dryer. The refrigerator will be stocked with breakfast items and beverages. Take advantage of the secluded location with the fire pit along with firewood that will be ready for use! The main floor is an open floor plan with a sunroom that is perfect for enjoying coffee while bird watching. The master bedroom and bath are on the main floor while the other three are on the second floor. There also is a sunroom with a futon that can be used. Help yourself to fresh eggs every morning from our friendly chickens if you would like. We do have a cat that will be staying at the house. He is friendly but hides most of the time. No maintenance for him will be needed.
