For traveling medical personnel, Mary Washington Hospital is less than 4 miles away. Our area is rich in Civil War history with lots of great places to dine, shop, or catch a Fredericksburg National game at the ballpark. Close to I95 for a trip to Washington, DC (60 mi) or south to Richmond. Kitchenette but no stove. Microwave. Text or in person Safe neighborhood. Our neighbors are friendly and quiet. They are very helpful and caring. Lawns are mowed when needed and our roads were recently paved. Our neighbors have our backs and are aware of our house rules. We work together to keep a safe environment.
