Located directly across the street from a Odegard park and ball fields. Please remember these are our neighbors and we do not allow parties or special events at the property due to the family orientated neighborhood . Park in the driveways in front or back of the home. Street parking is prohibited by city code. Note we recommend parking in back. At times, there are baseballs which end up in our front yard ! Home is complete with start up supplies of toilet paper, paper towel , coffee, filters , soap, shampoo, etc No parties or special events are allowed on this property . This is a no smoking home/ pet home.. Be advised that similar to hotels for the security and safety of our guests and property , there are two exterior cameras on the property . One recording camera facing the front entry and a second facing the property’s back door . This is a no pet , no smoking property . Also note, there are two sets of stairs (approx 7 each set) inside this home -one to the upper level and one to the lower level.
