Home is situated at the end of a neighborhood with quick access to bike path or hiking trails. 3 bedrooms (1 with King and 2 with Queen sized beds), large kitchen, laundry room, 2 bathrooms & TV room. Master bathroom has dual head steam shower with benches to relax after long days outside. Seating on each of the 3 decks allows for guests to enjoy views with the changing light throughout the day. The house is at the end of a small neighborhood at the entry of Girdwood. The neighborhood is quiet and because it is at the entry of the valley, it captures the most sunlight in Girdwood and iconic views of the Chugach Mountains and the Cook Inlet. The home is situated just 2 blocks from the shuttle pickup into town and is easily feasible in the winter from the hwy without large hills (no icy hills for the wintertime). The house has a apartment below the garage. The house manager will occupy this approx. 40-50% of the time. If there are any needs please advise and the manager can attend during your stay. There will be a key pad at the front door for access. Code will be sent on the day of your arrival with rotating key codes. Tenants will occupy top 2 floors of the house, with a private residence and separate access to the garage from side of home reserved for the owner of the home. If there is questions regarding the home, the owner is available to reach and when out of town there is a property manager in town available for questions. House located at the end of the road in a small and quiet neighborhood. Quick access to trails for hiking into town, bike path into town, river access, and walk to local amenities. 4 parking spaces in front of the home. Easy access to the shuttle that will make the stops at Alyeska ski resort and at the hotel, pickup is just one block away. This house is situated in a quiet family neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10p-7a. The neighbors or the house manager will call the owner, property manager, or cops if noise ordinances are not maintained. If there are special requests during your stay such as pre-purchase of groceries to have stocked, notify in advance and will work to accommodate these needs for your stay. Additional AirB&B vacation adventure accommodations can be accommodated (ex. paddle boards, bikes, etc.) upon request.
