Centrally located in northern Kill Devil Hills near Kitty Hawk with ocean views within walking distance to restaurants, mini-golf, and sunsets on the sound. Bike or walk to the beach at the Helga St. light or take advantage of one of the Outer Bank's many free, public parking spots all along the beach. We have comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, lots of deck space including a screened-in porch, bikes, and beach gear. Holly's is a perfect landing pad for your beach adventures Located in a quiet, mostly year round neighborhood this house has 3 levels with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. It has been really just a second home and not a rental since it was built. The first-floor entry features laundry, an additional fridge, bikes, and beach gear for your use. The second level has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has a single over double bunk bed. Living, dining and kitchen areas are on the top floor along with another king bedroom with ensuite access to a full bathroom and a deck area. All of the bedrooms feature smart TVs with Dish Network. There is a screened-in porch on the top level for enjoying the outdoors during rainy times or just to get away from the summertime bugs. The front deck has an ocean view and table and chairs for outdoor dining or just hanging out. Ground level under the house you will have access to a carport with an outdoor shower, gas grill, and more (comfy) furniture to bring the meal down to the grill or just another space to enjoy the outdoors. Guests have access to all areas other than locked closets. The fireplace is NOT for guest use at this time. I live around the corner in the neighborhood. We may say hi if we are driving by. If you need us, we can be reached by text or message through the Airbnb app. This is a quiet neighborhood with many year round residents. Two blocks from sunsets on the sound and a twenty minute walk or ten minute bike ride to the beach. Families groups ONLY> Minimum age to rent is 30 years old. Dogs welcome - 2 maximum - with prior approval and additional fee. Guests must get approval and provide details on pets in advance. Pet fee does NOT include any additional cleaning required due to pets. *Please clean up after you your pet. * Do not allow them on our furniture or beds. *Do not leave pets alone unattended or uncrated for long periods of time * All dogs must be up to date on flea meds, well socialized and FRIENDLY to strangers if we have access the house. *If your dog is a "shedder" please keep up on the dog hair and vacuum on a daily basis or clean up before check-out. Parties and undisclosed overnight guests will NOT be tolerated. We are literally your neighbors. We are super laid back, but expect that you will respect our space and the rules. If you use the grill, please clean it for the next guest. Our cleaners do NOT clean grills. If you use the last of the propane, please exchange it. We do not have trash rollout or rollback service. Guests are responsible for rolling out and rolling back trash carts on the designated days. We supply the first roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels to get guests started. Further paper product needs are the guests' responsibility.
