In this 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage, you will be greeted by the open space of the living room leading into the kitchen/dining. The top-end full kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator/freezer with filtered water, a farmhouse sink, a dishwasher, oven/range, microwave, and full coffee bar. Quartz countertops and brick tile backsplash just add to the luxury while cooking that favorite meal. The first bedroom features 2 twin beds and a closet with a unique sliding barn door. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed with a larger closet and dresser. The chic and stylish bathroom is beautifully tiled along with a marble topped vanity. Enjoy your evenings recapping the day sitting around the beautiful brick fireplace located on the back screened-in porch. With plenty of seating, you’ll be surrounded by moss draped live oak trees, palmetto trees, crepe myrtles, camellias, and azaleas. -You have access to everything you saw in the photos. -There are 2 bikes for your pleasure. Please use them at your own risk. -Bring your own boat or kayak; there is a nearby boat launch and a downtown marina. -Bay Street features shopping and restaurants and the waterfront with a beautiful view of the Beaufort River. -Hunting Island State Park/Beach Pass for 4, is included with your booking. Albert and Alice may introduce themselves to you and help you with local recommendations. -Getting around is easy with a car. There is ample parking everywhere downtown or along main roads. -Hunting Island Beach is 30 minutes away. The best is to get there first thing in the morning or right after noontime. -Two bicycles are available for your use, at your own risk. The shed combination will be given upon arrival. Biking/walking the Spanish Moss Trail is a nice way to get out into nature. -Walking everywhere is safe and a healthy choice. There are two bikes provided...guests ride at their own risk. Helmuts are not provided. A Hunting Island State Park pass is available for your use (beach pass). You will find it in the Cottage upon arrival. Please be mindful to return it for the next guests and not leave it hanging on your car mirror.
