But we are always available by phone (text or call) for any questions, needs, or recommendations! We're in an amazing part of fun, vibrant East Nashville, with quick/easy access to just about everything you'd want to do in the city. There are several restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in short walking distance (1/2 mile or less). We're only 1 mile to Five Points, the social center of East Nash; 3 miles to downtown. East Nashville is the foodie/artist/hipster epicenter of Nashville, with a fun, artsy vibe. There are tons of incredible restaurants, coffee shops, bars, boutiques, parks, and music venues within just a few square miles. You'll fall in love with this part of the city! Close and convenient access to: »» Pearl Diver (cocktail bar), Slow Hand Coffee (pastries + coffee), Pelican & Pig (restaurant), & The Urban Juicer (juice, smoothies) all just a 7 min walk (.4 mile) »» Rosepepper (Mexican restaurant), Two Ten Jack (Japanese izakaya with ramen & susie), Ugly Mugs (coffee shop), Five Daughters (amazing donuts!), Jeni’s Ice Cream (deliciousness) all just an 11 min walk (.6 mile) »» Five Points - hip East Nashville neighborhood with bars & restaurants (1 miles / 4 min) »» Nissan Stadium / CMA FEST (2.5 miles / 8 min) »» Broadway bars & honky tonks/live music, like Tootsies, Acme, FGL House (3 miles / 10 min) »» Bridgestone Arena (3.6 miles / 11 min) »» Music City Center (3.6 miles / 11 min) »» Ryman Auditorium (3.7 miles / 11 min) »» Vanderbilt (5.1 miles / 13 min) »» Belmont (5.7 miles / 14 min) »» Germantown neighborhood (3.5 miles / 8 min) »» 12 South neighborhood (6.1 miles / 14 min) »» Music Row (5.7 miles / 13 min) »» Grand Ole Opry (8.7 miles / 14 min) »» BNA Nashville Airport (9.1 miles / 15 min) Remember that, being so close to downtown, it's an urban neighborhood. If you're a new user on Uber, you can get a discount on your first ride with the following promo codes. (This is a big help if you plan to use a rideshare service from the airport!) Uber: uberalece RECOMMENDATION: If you're planning to check out a few restaurants, spend evenings on or around Broadway and East Nashville, enjoy some live music, and hit a few tourist spots downtown, you don't need to rent a car. Stick with rideshares, as the hard-to-find and expensive downtown parking will likely cost you more. Uber/Lyft rides from the house to downtown average only $9-$12! However, if you want to explore more of Nashville beyond downtown (and, trust me, there is plenty more to experience!), then rent a car as things are spread out. Just about everything is in about a 15-minute driving radius, which isn't bad at all! Make note, that Nashville does not have an extensive public transit system (at least not yet anyway... FINGERS CROSSED!), and it's not a very walkable city in that there isn’t a natural flow to walk between neighborhoods. The easiest way to get around town is in a car. — RATE NOTES — Our nightly rate covers 2 guests or less. Additional guests (up to our max occupancy of 4 guests total) are charged at $20 per person per night. Accurate headcount must be confirmed, with additional fees paid, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 4. We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 each per night. Dogs must remain on-leash in the yard. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.) Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours (or ASAP if you’re arriving in the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to cancellation based on the agreed-upon cancel policy. Standard check-in is 4 PM or later, with check-out at 11 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee. The guest house is located above the detached garage, so climbing steps is required. The main house at the front of the property has 2 security cameras that actively record: at the front door/porch and facing the garage/driveway. There are absolutely no interior cameras. We are fully permitted and abide by all local and state regulations governing short-term rentals. Permit #: 2019_followedby_002743
