Killington is known as the beast of the east for a reason. It’s the largest ski resort on the east coast and boast the most comprehensive snow making infrastructure. The night life can't be beat with the Pickle Barrel, Wobbly Barn, Jax, among others. There’s a great spectrum of restaurants and café’s in town, several of which are walking distance to the house. Generally people drive at the ski resort. However, many of the restaurant and bars offer free service shuttles. Taxis, Ubers, and Lyft are common now. There is also a shuttle bus that runs up the access road and a stop near the head of the road.
