It has a secluded feel with your own private access to Deep Creek from your backyard. Great location very close to town and the Polar Express with the entrance to the Great Smoky National Park only 1 mile away. It's small town feel with quaint boutiques, restaurants, and breweries surrounded by mountains and the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad makes you feel right at home with its Southern Charm. We just ask that you please enter and exit the creek from our property only though and (out of respect) please do not wander into neighbors yards or climb on neighbors river rocks. * No Smoking ~ this includes inside the home and the front + back porches * At least one person 25 years of age or older must handle and be responsible for the renting of our home AND must remain in the home overnight each day of the rental period * No illegal activities are permitted on our property * $25/night Pet Fee ~ 2 dog limit with combined total weight of under 50lbs.
