Our home has two bedrooms each with a queen bed, one full bath with a shower (no tub) inside and an outdoor shower. Our water is on a well which causes a sulfur smell. There is a private dock & a community boat ramp. The lake levels are up from Spring until the first of September. We have a screen in porch and a separate deck with a grill, table and chairs. Our family has enjoyed this property year around for many years and we have wonderful memories but now we would like to share our home. There is Wi-fi available. We have Roku for the television in the living area. There is another television in one bedroom that has a DVD player. We live in Sevierville, Tn approximately 20 minutes from our lake house. We will be available at any time during your stay. The area where our home is located is very peaceful. Our home is only 3 miles off Route 411 and 10 miles to downtown Sevierville in the Muddy Creek section of Douglas Lake. We are approximately 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge where there are many attractions, dining, and shopping! Seasonal water on the lake. Lake levels start dropping by the first of September until Spring. During those months our dock will not be floating. The driveway leading down to the home is gravel and steep.
