We are located on a 6 acre tree farm where we grow unique tree varieties and fruit. Our farm is across from New Englands top Public Golf Course, Newport National Golf Course and is a short distance to the beach and downtown Newport. Our great room boasts a bright open airy layout perfect for your family gathering Welcome to Gather Farmhouse! When you arrive at the home you will notice there is a little covered porch on the front with seating so you can enjoy your morning coffee. As you enter the home, you will walk into the great room that has the living room space to the left (also a pull out queen sofa that sleeps 2), the kitchen to the back right with counter seating and the dining area to the back left. There’s gorgeous uplighting on the beams to set the ambiance. Down the hallway will be a Full bathroom and three bedrooms (2 queen rooms and 1 double) that sleeps 6. There are steps to the basement from the hallway. There is a living area downstairs, a king bedroom with twin bunk beds, a full bathroom with standing Shower, office, and laundry room. You are able to access backyard through basement bedroom. The outdoor area can be accessed through the sliding doors in the dining area and basement. As you walk out there is a grille, patio area for dining, fireplace, outdoor shower and hot tub. We ask that you wash off any sand in outdoor shower before entering hot tub. All of the home except garage We live 10 min away from this home in Portsmouth. Located on beautiful Mitchell’s Lane. It’s quiet, country coastal, and a peaceful place to take in nature. Local walking paths, connected to the neighborhood on the property, offer a great start to the day. Newport National Golf Course conveniently located across the street. Centrally located to local shops such as Sweet Berry Farm and Newport Vineyards. ***there is a working farm that has a driveway that is next to this homes driveway. The driveway leads them to the back of the 6 acre property. Please respect the operating farm by staying from the fence to the front of the property only.**** Spots for 6 vehicles *Traveling during summertime and looking to hit the beach? We suggest hitting the beaches early, and if you can to get there by 9 am to beat the line. Our favorites? Peabodys, located right on third beach is a private beach with a cute snack bar. Second beach is right around the corner and can be accessed by the big parking lot.
