Fantastic water views including wildlife and boats going to and from the ocean at all hours! Very special neighborhood. Stroll to south beach, peer, marina, science centers, aquarium & brewery. Bike all over. Just across the bridge is the bay front with canneries, sea lions and great restaurants. All kinds of games inside, great spacing on the rooms, two kitchens and several living rooms. Nice group gathering spots in the house, and also rooms for privacy. Great views from all levels. For the entire house a lovelyapartment is opened up on the ground floor. This is good for folks who don't want to navigate the stairs too much, small families or others wanting a little more privacy You can all us whenever you want, including for suggestions about fun activities in the area, great restaurants, etc. One of the best "neighborhoods" on the coast, very "oceanic" with marinas, piers, fishing, crabbing, clamming, stroll to the beach, hit the great Oregon Coast Aquarium and marine science centers, walk over to the Rogue... one of the best breweries in the Pacific Northwest. Bike riding is easy here. Much of what you will want to do is in walking distance. Even over the bridge to the bay front on a nice day...or a short drive there or to Nye and Agate Beach areas of Newport. During summer months there is a 4 night minimum stays unless availability is less than that Arrival and departure time may vary from standard times due same or next day turn around for housekeeping due to extra preparation needed during pandemic.
