View from the guest house is of the yard, the river view is from behind the main house. There are pets in the main house but no shared pet areas! Key code lock, owners available in main house if needed but guests have their own private entrance and all items they will need for their stay. Beautiful neighborhood of million+ dollar homes, private, many neighbors walk with pets and kids. Plenty of restaurants within 1 mile, malls and other shopping within easy driving or public transportation distance. Bird-watchers and fishers' paradise! Tons of parking available onsite, light rail station 2 miles away (with parking garage), buses available within 1/2 mile, some businesses are within walking distance, grocery store with natural foods less than a mile away. 15 mins from downtown Portland.
