Birch Hill Inne is offering the Carriage House for rental. This unit is located in a private setting behind the Inne. The unit has Roku TV , WIFI, a microwave, small fridge and is air conditioned. The unit has been inspected by the mn dept. of health and is licensed with Crow Wing county. Carriage House is a stand alone unit behind Birch Hill Inne and is rented as a no services unit. We do not offer any other services other than lodging. Maximum licensed occupancy is 2 persons. We prefer an adult only rental. We do not accept stays with a child under 10 years of age. Non Smoking, non cooking unit. Parking in the lot in front of the inn is required, at no time shall any guest park in the driveway behind the inn except for loading and unloading and upon approval by owner. owner is available 24 hours by text and phone during normal business hours. We prefer an adult only experience for our clients. We like a quiet relaxing setting.
