Whether you're solo or a couple, come stay awhile at The Little House! ❗️We encourage you to check out the "Other Things to Note" section of our listing prior to booking your stay at The Little House to make sure it's the right space for you.** This is a full home, private space rental home used exclusively as a furnished rental. However, there is a detached home in the front of the property that is used as a short term rental (stays under 30 days). It's rare you will bump into one another as you have separate parking and living areas however the back patio of the home does face the back patio of the front home. We are never further than a message, text or phone call away. Our level of interaction is always up to you! The home is located in Historic East Nashville and brought to you by Southbound Stays. Known as a "hipster haven" and for its locally owned small businesses, beautiful homes, musical entertainment and Southern hospitality, there's so much to discover in East Nashville. Walk to neighboring coffee shops, restaurants, bars and even necessities like grocery and convenience stores. Situated just minutes by car to Downtown Nashville, you'll enjoy a local, neighborhood feel while in close proximity to business, hospitals and other neighborhoods. Due to our central location, you have several options for transportation: Parking: There is space for onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles via the back alley. Rideshare: Services such as uber/ lyft are readily available in the area and are a cost- effective way to get around downtown. Walking: Due to our central location, walking is an option to get to necessities like the grocery stores + fitness studios as well as coffee shops, restaurants, bars and more! Public transportation: There is a bus stop about a 5 minute walk up the road. Highway Access: You are less than 4 minutes to the highway by car! ❗️PLEASE READ THIS SECTION & OUR HOUSE RULES IN THEIR ENTIRETY BEFORE BOOKING YOUR STAY ❗️ 1. Rental Agreement: Must sign agreement & provide ID within 48 hours of booking (or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours). Failure to sign will result in cancelation with applicable cancelation penalties. 2. Minimum rental period: 30+ days only. NO EXCEPTIONS. 3. Private Guest Home: A separate rental is located at front of property. Back entry of the front home is adjacent to this home which is at back of property. Homes/ yards divided by privacy fence. Each home has its own parking & own fenced area.4. Occupancy: Max 3 persons at the home at any given time, including non-overnight guests. This count includes adults, children and infants. 5. Minimum Age: Booking guest must be age 21+ (or active military) & occupant of the Property. 6. Parking & Entry: Main entrance & parking located via the back alley of the home. No parking at the front home. 7. Accessibility: Via gravel driveway and 2 small steps into the home. 8. Fencing: private fenced area off the back of the home; Parking area is not fenced. 9. Bedroom Setup: 2nd bedroom serves as living room area, not bedroom. 10. Sleeping Arrangements: 1 king bed + queen sleeper sofa. 11. TVs: streaming services only; no local cable. 12. Pets: Potty trained, well- behaved dogs allowed. Non-refundable $5/day fee (max 2). Indicate number of dogs during booking. No cats, birds, reptiles, ferrets, or other non-human animals. Pet fee is additional and will be requested separately post booking. Fee is due 48 within 48 hours or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours. 13. Vehicles: No trailers, RVs, boats or non-standard vehicles in parking spot or street per Nashville regulations. 14. Nature and Pests: Expect bugs in the South. While we take precautions to prevent critters from entering the home, occasional encounters are inevitable. 15. Home Age: Nearly 80-years old and though renovated there are some charming creaks and imperfections unseen in photos. 16. Smart Home/Security: Exterior camera at front entry door; Doorbell camera on back entry door at front home appears to point at fenced area, however the fence blocks view (NO interior cameras). Echo devices in living room and bedroom (can be unplugged).
