The house is just 2 miles away from the interstate, restaurant, movie theater & shopping. Off of the main road in a quiet older subdivision. Great stop over if traveling I-75. The Ocoee River & Cherokee National Forest are within 20 minutes driving. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom. The bed is queen size. Lee University is 5.7 miles away. Omega Center International is 4.8 miles away, both are easy to get to. Coffee/tea available anytime. The house is a one level home with an open floor plan. It is just a mile from the local walking Greenway. The neighborhood is quiet but very convenient to the interstate. There is a fire pit on the front patio you are welcome to use. Chairs out back to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee. We are just a message away. We communicate through the AirBnB app & receive messages instantly. It is a quiet subdivision close to all your needs. Restaurants, shopping, movies, grocery stores. Parking is available in the driveway. We do have a Ring doorbell system so can communicate through it immediately if there are any issues checking in. We welcome travel nurses or remote workers.
